Sage Line 50 Training

Here’s my story...

I know there were a lot of companies out there offering Sage Line 50 training but I wasn’t expecting all the companies fighting for my business! It seems every company was trying to supply the Sage 50 training as if it was a product they could shift out the door and bill! I didn’t like this approach. I’m not looking for things to help me learning, I’m looking for a company that will teach me!

After a few weeks of casually looking around for the perfect company to supply my Sage Line 50 training I hesitantly decide to go with a company that provides class training at the end of every month. Their website looked ok and I generally had an ok feeling about learning what I needed to know in order to further my employment with my company.

Then I hit a big problem in my Sage Line 50 software which nearly cost my company very dearly indeed. I needed a fix and I needed it now! I didn’t have a Sage Line 50 support contract because of the price and the rarity it would be used. After pointlessly looking for a solution in the search engines I noticed a site with a “no fix, no fee” policy which grabbed my attention so I promptly gave them a call and went over my problem. The website was called sage-help.co.uk and I was put in touch with a very friendly chap called Mark Tunstall. I was astounded that within 30 minutes, he had not only solved my problem (which he put in place on MY pc for me!) but also explained why it happened and how to prevent it again in the future which I thought was nice because they could have said to “call us back if it happens again and we’ll fix this for the same price”, but they didn’t!

After further advice from Mark we got onto the subject of Sage Line 50 Training and he said “oh, we provide Sage Line 50 training either on site or remote”. After communications back and forth with my boss we decided to go with Sage Help for our Sage training and we’re glad we did.

After such an easy experience with how they fixed my problem on my machine we choose to try the Sage Line 50 remote training. It’s basically a process of allowing secure access to our Sage machine and we both control the computer and talk over the phone. It’s kind of like being next to each other but without the hassle of booking a day out of work, travelling etc and it’s great because it keeps the costs lower for the same service.

To cut a long story short, Mark provided 1 to 1 Sage training which covered absolutely everything we needed to cover (and more that Mark said would save us time each month) split between two sessions in the same week. I couldn’t thank him enough for making me a growing asset for my company. The training for my Sage Line 50 software was remarkable as I’ve always been kind of scared using some parts of the program before. I really can’t recommend this service enough!

So this is to Sage Help (and to Mark) who not only saved my companies bacon with a sage problem but who also provided an information rich and friendly 1 to 1 Sage Line 50 training session that I will till this day and in the future recommend 100000%!
